Riedell Sizing Information

This page describes how to determine your size for Riedell boots. It is important to measure accurately, in order to ensure proper fit of your boots. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact us!

To find your size of Riedell figure skate - Place a ruler or tape measure on the ground (must be a flat surface, like tile or cement) with one end against the wall. Stand on the tape measure with your heel against the wall. Stand up straight with equal pressure on both feet. Measure from your longest toe to the heel. Repeat this procedure for the other foot.

There are two charts below - one for childrens sizes and another for adult sizes. Look at the charts below and find the measurement of your feet in the left column. If one foot is longer than the other, use the measurement of the longer foot. The number in the right column will be the size Riedell skate you need. For example, if your left foot measured 9 inches and your right foot measured 9 3/16 inches, you would use the 9 3/16 inch measurement. Looking at the chart on the right (for adults) find 9 3/16 inches. You will see that your Riedell skate size is size 5.

Both feet should be measured in the sitting position. Using the tape, measure the circumference of the widest portion of the ball of the foot. Pull the tape snugly but not so tight that it starts to press into the foot. Once the measurement is noted, use the width guide chart provided below to determine the correct boot width.

Each pair of Riedell skates or skating boots is guaranteed by Riedell Shoes, Inc. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Should any Riedell skates or skating boots appear to be defective, they should be returned to the dealer from whom the product was purchased with proof of purchase. The dealer must request a return authorization number and then send the skates or skating boots back to Riedell Shoes, Inc. along with the proof of purchase for inspection and determination. If the skates or skating boots appear to be defective under the terms of this warranty, they will be repaired or replaced as determined by Riedell Shoes, Inc.

Product failure, which in the opinion of Riedell Shoes, Inc. was due to improper fit, accident, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. In no event will Riedell Shoes, Inc. be responsible for the repair, replacement or consequential damages for the above mentioned causes.
