Shipping & Returns

Shipping
If you are in Singapore, you may arrange to pick up your purchases, or have your purchases shipped via SingPost. Please select the relevant option when checking out.

If you are outside Singapore, please contact us for shipping charges.

Please note that we do not carry stock of boots & blades. These will be ordered from the manufacturer, and will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive, if there is stock available. If the item is back-ordered, we will inform you of the expected delay.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error in our shipping or the product was defective, in which case an exchange will be accepted within thirty days of your purchase.

Items must be in their original condition with original tags attached. Exchanges will not be accepted without an exchange authorization number. You may call or email us for an exchange authorization number.

Tights, assembled guards, boots that have blades mounted, and custom dresses may not be exchanged.

Please ensure correct fit before ordering. If in doubt, you may call us or email us to verify.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not permitted once your order is processed. Any cancellation will carry a fee of 10% of the item's sale price, or $10, whichever is higher.
